The California Foodservice Instant Rebates Program is funded by California utility customers and administered by Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas®) and supported by the state’s other investor-owned utilities, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E®), Southern California Edison Company (SCE®), and San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E®), under the auspices of the California Public Utilities commission.
